Resolution No. 10-05 Requesting the Board of County Commissioners, Highlands County, Florida, to Amend the Enabling Act of the Sebring Improvement District by amending the title of and repealing subjections (m), (n), (o), (p), (q) and (r) of sections 9-102 pertaining to minimum maintenance standards, nuisance abatement, parking, and keeping and maintaining animals; adopting sections 9-103, 9-104 and 9-105, providing for enforcement of minimum maintenance standards, parking, and keeping and maintaining animals; providing for severability; providing for inclusion in the Highlands County Code of Ordinances; providing for conflicts; providing for an effective date; and rescinding resolution 09-53 of the District
